janice's pea salad

serves 6

1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 12 oz bag frozen peas, thawed
8 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

for dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1.4 cup mayo
2 tsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Combine first 4 ingredients in a salad bowl. Mix together dressing ingredients and toss with salad.
