mustard vinaigrette

Dijon mustard adds thickness and body to this dressing without a lot of calories, allowing you to cut back on the amount of oil used.

Makes 3/4 cup

3 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper

Whisk ingredients together.
