Serves 4
4 tuna steaks
1/2 cup sesame seeds
salt and pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Pour sesame seeds onto a plate. Pat steaks dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and press onto sesame seeds on both sides. Carefully place steaks in skillet and cook for 2-4 minutes total, turning once, for medium rare tuna.
