tangy lime slaw

I use this as a condiment for spicy mexican or cuban food. It adds a bright punch and freshness that's the perfect accent.

Makes 2 cups

2 cups bagged cole slaw mix
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients and allow to marinate, combined, at least 2 hours.
