my goal this week is to spend as little at the grocery store as possible and instead use up what I've alread got in the pantry and fridge. Your pantry will differ, of course, but keep in mind that most ingredients can be easily swapped out for what you've already got. Happy feasting!
monday poached grouper and mediterranean orzo (my husband said the latter is
now his favorite dish)
tuesday shrimp fajitas - leftover shrimp from friday's shrimp boil (cook once eat
twice!) with sauteed onions and peppers in a tortilla
wednesday grilled london broil marinated in soy sauce and sriracha, modern kimchi,
steamed rice
thursday sausage and pepper hoagies (unused sausage from shrimp boil, leftover
peppers and onions from fajitas), salad
friday modern chicken marsala over orzo pasta (using up the rest of that box!),
salad with perfect vinaigrette
