feast of the week
august 17th - 21st, 2009
after a very fun saturday full of both a baby shower (congrats Jen!) and birthday party (happy birthday Alicia!), my goal this week is to use up the bits of leftovers filling my fridge from the shower menu and winetasting party menu. Happy feasting!
monday panzanella salad
tuesday spaghetti with proscuitto and arugula, salad
wednesday sauteed chicken breasts (topped with goat cheese in last few minutes of
cooking), modern southern greens, using kale
thursday chicken and broccoli stir fry with modern stir fry sauce, rice
friday kielbasa and kale soup (using leftover kale from wednesday), salad with
perfect vinaigrette
